An EF3-rated tornado struck Snow Hill, North Carolina causing severe damage to Greene County Middle School. Jeffrey M. Young & Company performed a structural damage survey and condition assessment of the approximately 100,000 square feet building to determine the nature and extent of its structural damages and to help determine the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of repairing versus replacing the school. Our reported findings were used to help settle the insurance claim.
