Jeffrey M. Young & Company has a long history of working with industrial and manufacturing clients, property managers, and building owners. Our clients often want to change the use of an existing structure which results in different loading of the structure. Other times a client is concerned about their structure's ability to support its required loads. In many instances clients no longer have the structure's design and construction documents.
We work with our clients to gather the structural information needed for analysis. Once the needed information has been gathered, we perform the necessary calculations to determine if a structure can adequately support the required or desired loads.
Our findings are presented in concise, easy to understand reports. When requested or deemed appropriate, structural retrofitting recommendations are provided.
