A mechanical penthouse on the roof an historic high rise office building had experienced severe deterioration. Jeffrey M. Young & Company surveyed the damages and assessed the condition of the penthouse. Our findings were presented in a condition assessment report that also addressed the feasibility and cost effectiveness of repairing versus demolishing the penthouse.
